As a Regional Vice President, my role is building a team of successful advisors who are looking to get started and enter into the industry. We’ll help them with obtaining their licenses, and offering a training and development program that is unparalleled in the industry. New advisors can work with senior and junior partners to gain valuable experience, and work with top advisors to learn the ropes until they feel like they’re ready to be on their own.
As a Retirement Planning Specialist, my clientele are mainly individuals and families who are nearing retirement. With pensions being few and far between and concerns regarding social security, I help people take control of their own finances to create an income plan and protect their nest eggs. I also help clients with tax saving strategies on their non-qualified assets such as company stock programs or outside personal investments.
